What is the difference between this model and the O1091Z1 model that makes the O1091 model so much more expensive (about $200)? Does the O1091 model have something additional that the O1091Z model lacks? Thanks!

They are both colt Series 80 pistols, the Grips are the only difference. The stock levels play a huge part in prices at Buds. Very often a higher priced high stock item can be equal too or less than a lower priced low stock item and vice versa.
