After the 90 days if I don't have it out do I lose my money?

Clarence, yes, if the 90 days expire. Also, due to current events, Buds should recognize the potential for folks to not have all funds at the end and waive the cancellation fee. Never hurts to ask if you find yourself in this situation. Cheers and stay safe!

If you let it go the full 90 days you lose everything. If you cancel it you lose the 20% downpayment.
