IT SAYS MATTE SIVER? what does that mean just the color is lis LIGHETER COLOR and the others come just in BLACK??? ARE they all stainless I guess

matte is a dull stainless finish not shinny the others are steel guns (not stainless) that are "blued" which gives the dark blue/black finish
