If I see a local FFL lined out on your list, does it mean you won’t do business with them?

it could also be that their copy of the FFL that buds has is expired

From Bud’s FFL page. In some cases, we may choose not to ship guns to certain dealers. Though they may still appear on our list, these dealers are flagged and include comments indicating they are not to be used for transfers.
