Has anyone purchased and used this ammo? it is unrated so I am curious about the quality

yes it is fine ammo it goes bang when I pull the trigger and works in all the 9mm guns I have tried it in with no issues

The legend basic has a lot of reviews. If those are good, try 100 of the elite. If you do not like them, you still get to shoot them.

Tony, I have purchased and used 9mm, 40S&W, 380, 357Magnum and 223/5.56 and it is actually decent quality ammunition. It runs as clean as the Big Boy Manufacturers. Cheers and stay safe!
