Why does the box says 9mm,40,45,357 if it’s not compatible with the 45acp?

The 45ACP is a different demension. As far as the print on the box you can contact SIG directly and ask them at 603-610-3000 choose option 1. Stay safe and have a great day!

Antoinette, I think this is a general statement for available kits. The slide is a different dimension on the .45ACP than the 9mm, 357Sig and 40S&W.
