Just Right Carbines Gen 3 JRC Pistol 9mm 6.5" Shockwave Arm Brace
Is this technically a pistol or SBR? Does it require a pistol permit to purchase?

Tanya, What ever your states pistol/handgun requirements are will apply. This firearm is a pistol.

it is a pistol according to the ATF. the stock is considered an arm brace. So you'll just need a permit to purchase or carry handguns. Good luck

Tanya, this is a Pistol since it has a Brace instead of a shoulder stock. Same requirements as a standard handgun. Cheers and stay safe!
