Sam, Yes when the firearm gets put on layaway it is electronically pulled from inventory. So your layaway firearm is setting there waiting to be shipped as soon as your last payment clears. Your gun is there waiting for you. This is why during crazy times like this BUDs shuts down the layaway option for a while.

Sam, 99% sure Sir. It is possible two or more folks can order the same firearm within seconds of each other and whoever's payment processes first gets it. This is unlikely but possible. If you have not gotten an order cancellation within a couple of days, you should be good on Buds having physically pulled your firearm for layaway. Electronic pulls mean nothing as I have had orders electronically pulled only to be notified a few days later that their was a problem with my order and to contact Buds. you are fine when you place it on layaway and pay your down payment it is removed from inventory. when your last payment is made it will be shipped to you.
