Does Bud's require shipment to an FFL for magazine ("clip") shipments?

Buds ships to you whatever they can. If you state laws say something (other than firearms) has to ship to the FFL, that is where they ship it.

no. FLL is for lower receivers and weapons. Accessories can be shipped right to you!

negative. accessories can be shipped right to you. Typically just firearms and lower receivers require FFL
