No, free shipping items don't change depending on if you are a Team Buds member or not. Adding insurance for any item does cost a small amount, whether the base shipping of an item is free or not. Firearms ship free for everyone, most all accessories or ammo does have shipping fees based on weight. The only exception to that is when you have $199+ of items that are specifically marked as qualifying for free shipping. Any other items you might purchase at the same time as the ones that qualify, still have a shipping charge though.
