Joseph, Taurus has since resolved these issues. Those issue reviews are at least 3 or more years old. Taurus stands behind their products so I would not worry too much on the Taurus 608 8inch barrel revolver. Buds also offers a very low cost lifetime warranty (if purchased, register it within 30 days)Cheers and stay safe!
