I submitted my credentials weeks ago but haven't heard back and the website says page not found when I try to email them about it. What's up with that?

I checked-i'm still not approved. I went ahead and ordered from somewhere else. Maybe next time. Thanks for the replies.

Buds will not notify you despite what they say. just go to Order Status /Account - scroll down and if you see a Blue Qualified Professional Logo with (Thanks for being a Qualified Professional. We appreciate your service.) you are golden. If not, contact Buds for a status at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
