as a 9mm it is a 9 round mag the 45 is 8 rounds it comes with 4 MecGar 9 round mags you can verify this at devil dog arms 855 433-2767

It looks to be a single stack. That would be 8 or 9 rounds + 1. According to Devil Dog Arms web site you get 4 mags.
