Unfortunately no this is not CA compliant, for many reasons, above all else is that its not on the CA doj list of approved firearms, this is a newer pistol like the XDM Elite and the CA DOJ hasn't added any new pistols in some time.

If it is on the California DOJ approved list it is compliant. At the moment it is available.
