It is extremely difficult (borderline impossible) to find commercial 30-06 subsonic ammo. This type of load is rather a niche and most are done by reloader themselves. I recommend contacting Custom Reloads of Dallas: (https://dallasreloads.com/product-category/sub-sonic-ammo/30-06-subsonic/) They seem to be the only one who has it. I hope this helps.
