  • UPS notified me the package was delivered, I've checked the whole house and cannot find it. What should I do?

  • Hi Horace,
    First contact Buds to initiate a package tracing and insurance claim if you purchased insurance. Contact UPS to see where the driver left the package. If they say your address and it's not there, then proceed as "stolen". You can contact Buds using blue "Live Chat" (available from 9AM to 9PM 7 days a week) or call (859) 368-0371 (available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday). I hope this helps.

  • Horace, check the tracking number online to see where UPS says the left the package and then you should alert Buds so they can initiate an insurance claim for the missing package at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
