Mike, Controlled feed actions can be found in rifles from CZ and Ruger, as well as any action that's patterned off the classic Mauser Model 98 military rifle. CZ 550 is a controlled feed rifle and there are a few floating around in .270. Same goes for Winchester Model 70 and ruger model 77 hawkeye. Check out large gun sites like (1)un(2)roker. Just replace (1) with G (2) with B. There are a large number of CZ 550 and model 70 in .270 floating around in all sort of barrel legnth. I hope this helps.
