Brandon, yes you can, if the high capacity magazine is the only restriction. When the item is in your cart and you begin checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want Bud's to remove the magazine. Just click yes, and they will send it without the magazine.

Brandon. I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines.
