Yes sir, they are. It says down in the product description "tritium inserts" tritium is a radiated substance that has a an effective life of ten years, they do not require charging like phospho luminous sites and will glow regardless of if they've been in light or dark.
They are technically radiated but they are sealed vials and I've never heard of one breaking, and besides they only have about as much radiation as a watch battery.
