Rifles that are not “Assault Weapons” are permitted (10-round maximum) and include:
✔ Any .17 or .22 caliber rimfire rifle.
✔ Any Ruger Mini 14 or substantially similar model rifle.
✔ Any Springfield Armory M1A or substantially similar model rifle.
✔ Beretta CX4 Storm
✔ FN PS90 or substantially similar model rifle
✔ IWI Tavor or substantially similar model rifle
✔ Kel-Tec Sub-2000
✔ Kel-Tec RFB
Since this is a 22LR and only has a 10rd mag, it should be compliant, but you can 100% confirm that by asking your local FFL dealers.

I suggest that you ask the local FFL who would be doing the transfer paperwork as he should have the most up to date info. Call them with the model/upc numbers

This is NOT MA COMPLIANT. Since you two contradictory answers, I will point out that Paul F answer is correct. This gun has practically all banned features under MA law. I hope this helps

(iii) Beretta Ar70 (SC-70);
(iv) Colt AR-15;
(v) Fabrique National FN/FAL, FN/LAR and FNC;
(vi) SWD M-10, M-11, M-11/9 and M-12;
(vii) Steyr AUG;
(viii) INTRATEC TEC-9, TEC-DC9 and TEC-22; and
(ix) revolving cylinder shotguns, such as, or similar to, the Street Sweeper"
