Make sure its mounted correctly, with the mounting screws torqued correctly, and zeroed from a bench rested position.

i would take the rings and mounts off use thread locker and put back together if that don't work have vortex replace you're scope

bring your range into where you can get a good group with the scope the move the group right/ left until centered set group slightly high and extend the range keep doing this until you get to the range you want it sighted in to. If the scope is all over the place make sure everything is tight if you still have a problem contact Vortex as it could be a bad scope
