On the Ruger 57 it says "layaway available for TB only" which is Team Buds, which cost $29 a year />, but comes with a few benefits, but may not be worth it if you dont make frequent purchases. Of your already a team buds member and its not letting you select layaway you may need to contact support as layaway has been glitchy lately.
