  • After being in status shipped with tracking number for five days why is USPS reporting still waiting for package.

  • How long is the tracking number? I think 15 or 16 digits is a standard USPS tracking number. But last time I ordered something it had like 20+ numbers in the tracking info, when I contacted Buds about it, they noted that was a two carrier shipment, and USPS was the carrier that would making final delivery, but it was being dropped of with the post office by UPS or FedEx. If you have the longer number, you might want to try pasting that into FedEx or UPS, cause they probably have it and just haven't dropped it off with the post office yet.

  • If you already have a tracking number you'll need to contact the Postsl service for the status of your package not buds

  • Donell, this process is taking up to 10 days Sir. My last two recent orders took 11 and 14 days to actually ship. Hopefully sooner than later for you though. Cheers and stay safe!

  • I have had many USPS packages delivered when the tracking number say it was still awaiting pickup but you should verify that it is shipped with buds Contact Buds customer service (859) 368-0371 available 9AM to 9PM EST Monday through Friday or use the blue chat now button . We are not buds employees we are volunteers that answer questions

  • I RECOMMEND contacting Buds customer service about this. CALL 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri OR use the blue "Chat Now" button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday. I hope this helps.
