Nathanial, during checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you would like the magazine removed. Just check yes, remove magazine. It's that easy.

Nathaniel, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines.
