I tried to have some accessories shipped to the place I was staying at in Canada one time from Buds. Unfortunately because of the USA export laws, they can't. They can only ship in the US and territories, so unless you have dual citizen ship and somewhere within the states that they can ship it to, they won't be able to sell you whatever you were trying to order. Copied is an excerpt of what they told me. ----------------- Please also note that per U.S. Department of State, we cannot ship firearm parts/accessories which are subject to export control and/or export license to U.S. addresses if the billing address is international. The State Department has also asked us to to tell our customers that many firearm parts/accessories require an export license issued by the U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and that attempting to export without a license can result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
