Scope adjustment wont turn

I just bought this CVA muzzleloader with a Konus scope attached to it (Bud # 411551417). The scope has a 3 - 9 adjustment. My issue is the adjustment will only turn from 3 to about 3.5. It's not just stiff, it wont go past that spot. Any ideas?

I would use Chat now to get in touch with a Buds representative. They can tell you what to try, and then take care of the problem for you.
