How do i give Buds my money?

Have been trying to pay out a layaway and when I press authorize nothing happens. Tried to email, but get an error page. I would like to spend my money with them but apparently they don't want or need it. Any suggestions?

Greg, using a different browser sometimes works. If not, Buds Customer Service should be able to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

If your trying to use a phone or iPad go to bottom of page and click on desk top version and go from there. I had same issue and that worked for me. If using desk top try a different browser.
