Manuel, Yes BUDs will pull the standard 15 round magazine and ship without a magazine if the magazine capacity is the only state restrictive issue. You must purchase the state restricted magazines on your own. Hopefully you can find them at BUDs. The option to pull the standard magazine will pop up during checkout.

Manuel, during the checkout process, after you choose your FFL a box will pop up asking if you want the magazines removed. Bud's will remove them, but not replace them, that will be up to you.

Manuel, yes, I have heard from other members that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds personnel have offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
