I believe i was the one who answered your question And the Beretta 1301 that I found was listed as discontinued, so maybe this was an older version, but I can't find your original question to verify the answer I gave. And another FYI a discontinued item can still be in stock somewhere it will remain instock until the units that are already out there sell out, unless there's a recall associated with the discontinued model then they'll be pulled, but being discontinued doesn't mean there's been a recall as well.
Sorry if I gave you incorrect information, I gave the information as I found it, if you have found the one your looking for snag it up because there are bad changes on the horizon id say starting about 1-20-21, I'm going to stock up on everything I need (magazines, ammo replacement parts etc....) because once its all gone its gone.
