Legend Ammo Elite Solid Copper 223 Remington Ammo 55 gr 50 Round Box
Is it .223 or 5.56 nato. I know they are almost identical,just different pressures.

These are .223 and is safe to be fire from both 5.56 and .223 rifle.

Just from looking at the description I would say .223 because it will also fire in a 5.56. If I was going to buy it, I would use Chat now and ask a Buds representative to be sure. I own a .223 and would have no use for 5.56 ammo.

Vladislav, these are loaded to .223 SAAMI Specification Sir but can be shot in a 5.56 Chamber no issue as you already know. Cheers and stay safe!
