Mark, even though Dictator Murphy does not want you to have this gun, pump action shotguns with pistol grips are 100% legal in the Peoples Republik of NJ. budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf

The current laws prohibit the possession of semi-automatic shotguns with a pistol grip and or a capacity of more then 6 rounds, the same restrictions do NOT apply to pump action
