Legal in NY state NOT NYC?

Trying to figure this one out. I live in NY state but not NYC. Some say this is legal others say its not.
I would assume it is legal as it is a pump shotgun and NY Safe Act states a pump action is not a scary "assault weapon". I also found this letter as well.

Regarding the DP12, as the letter states, mag capacity is 7 rds, but the DP12 has 2 seven rd separate magazines. The way it is worded, I would think it would be legal, but would be best to check with a FFL in NY state to confirm yes or no. FWIW, NJ has a 10 rd mag ban, and this gun is legal in NJ.

All pump shotgun is legal in NYS with few restrictions in zip codes listed HERE ( budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf ) I hope this helps!

Andre, no gun listed, but pump shotguns do not have any limitations in NY. Legal according to NY restrictions as shown here >>>> budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_york_restrictions.pdf
