BudsGunShop.com - Can't purchase team buds item

I just signed up for Team Buds because I want a gun that's reserved for TB. My payment processed and it told me my subscription was active now. I login and go back to the gun's page and still can't add it to my cart, still pops up with the alert saying it's reserved for TB only. What's going on?

Dustin, click Order Status/Account - scroll down and make sure your Team Buds Account still shows active. If it does, move the item from your cart to your Wish List and back and refresh your screen. If this does not work, try in a different browser. Buds Customer Service may need to assist you at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
