BudsGunShop.com - Shotgun shell seems bigger and not ejecting

Just purchased an EUROPEAN AMERICAN ARMORY 111370 AKKAR 612 PUMP 12GA 18IN and this is suppose to use 3.5 inch shells but it seems as if the shells are too big. It's not ejecting and it was hard to actually put a shell in the chamber.

According to EAA's website this shotgun has a 3" chamber.

You should not try to run 3½" shells through a shotgun that's chambered for 3" shells.
If your manual says that its a 3½" then it may just require a break in with a couple hundred rounds of 3" shells.
If a break in doesn't fix the issue and your certain its 3½"
Then you'll need to contact EAA about warranty repair
