This is a pump-action and NOT semi-auto. They lengthened the pump handguard and that's why it looks like semi-auto. I hope this helps!

Buds uses stock photos and are often inaccurate, and don't represent the actual product being sold, I tried to cross check this product across other seller and the upc number that buds has listed doesn't match anything on any other website.
I did find a similar model that has a wood handguard and is semi auto

Did find it based on model number on another site and it says pump action too, it has some better photos but it appears there's no charging handle which a semi-auto would have, I'm thinking the whole hand guard must be used to cycle the action.
