According to the XD Forum they will take the exact same holsters and all dimensions except the grip are identical.

Customer service said that almost all of their XDS holster fit the XD-S MOD 2 pistols. However, the current Crimson Trace LG 69 or 469 G might not fit the XD-S MOD 2. So if you have optics on top, you might need a new holster. I hope this helps!
