They are not great... But for the price, they are nice... So I gotta say, low middle class at best. Just pray you don't need customer service, you'll be helpless and out of luck. If you get a good one (not a lemon), you'll be satisfied with a working gun. I don't think anyone has ever been ecstatic about their Hatfield, if they say they are, I wouldn't trust them. I own 3 Hatfield's myself (none are this exact model).

From what i have looked at online they make a pretty good shotgun for the money

Josh, since there are not many reviews on the TAC PAS, I would have to base my opinion on the “Standard” Hatfield Shotguns (It’s Predecessors). The actions are the same which is what really counts and the reviews are good. This is a rarity these days to find a good history of reliability at such a low price point. Just check out some reviews of the “Standard” Hatfields and make a decision.
