Eric, The gun is CT legal as is, but I assume you are talking about 3 round limit for hunting. This shotgun comes with a limiter plug installed that reduces its magazine capacity to two shells. It does not come with a plug, however buds CT compliance section list shotgun magazibe capacity at 5 rounds/shells, this shotgun is a 4+1.
So it is good to go as is. This is a nice shotgun for a very reasonable price.
