Lever to open action very stiff. Choke tubes screw too far into barrel, couple barrel threads visible. Gun handles and points well. Recoil in 20g a not noticeable. Has the above been corrected ?

The quality of Stevens differ from each batch to each batch. These are made in Turkey and imported by Savage Arms for low cost so don't expect perfect quality. They are good enough to shoot and reliable to compete with other over and under. They are not fit or polish to perfection like other over and under that cost twice as much. You will likely to see minor fitting concern like Norman, but the gun will shoot fine. I hope this helps.
