They function as well as more expensive over and under...BUT the fit and finish are not as good (no collection value...its a shooting gun). The gun is very light... around 6lb due to the aluminum receiver which means the recoil can be rather strong. The gun is very reliable so you are good with this. This gun is made by Turkish KOFS and they been making over and under shotguns for a while now. ATI Cavalry is the exact same gun as the Stevens/Savage 555....made by the same company in Turkey. I can guess like these other 2 are doing, umm they're umm good but not as good as the other more expensive ones, because in Turkey where every 3rd building on any given st is a shotgun manufacturer, QC is of the utmost importance

Bruce, the ATI line of shotguns are just slightly less quality of build fit and finish but, are of very good quality given the price point compared to more robust brands. Reviews are strong and they certainly provide a niche entry point into O/U's world. Cheers and stay safe!
