Hi. A couple of days ago I received a Savage 110 Scout bolt action in .308, from Buds as Factory New. However, the gun has been previously fired. There was carbon buildup on the face of the bolt, and the bolt shows wear marks and scratches in several places. The 10 round Magpul magazine also shows scratches and wear. Should I be concerned, or is this a common occurrence with a Buds rifle sold as Factory New? Thanks for your responses.
