Buds will send your information that they have on file to your ffl l, but buds will also send you an email with a tracking number for ups, I set up alerts on my tracking number through the ups website so I get a text and an email when my items are delivered, then I call the ffl tell them when ill be in, sometimes they get busy and it'll take a couple days for them to call you some ffls may not call at all, I'm very proactive about getting my items
