I know this gun is supposed to come with chokes but I dont see it in the ad, other than the word 'fixed', very confusing

"Fixed" is referring to the Stock. Some RIA shotguns have adjustable *telescoping * stocks.
The chokes included are full, modified, and improved, and are interchangeable using the included choke wrench.
