115gr to 124gr full metal jacket for target ammo. I have a g3c myself and mine cycles pretty much any brand. As far as self defense ammo I use hornady critical defense 115 grain and Speer gold dot 124 grain. My g3c works well with these but I haven’t found anything that doesn’t work in my g3c
