This is a stock, and unless you've done the $200 tax stamp and SBR form 1 application this would also be illegal to run on a pistol.
If you've gone through legal channels to register it as a short barrel rifle (SBR) it'll work with the right buffer tube l, which you would likely need an adapter for

Marcus, yes but it will no longer be a Pistol but an SBR Short Barreled Rifle requiring NFA registration and a $200 Tax Stamp. A Brace would not currently change the classification. Cheers and stay safe!
