Legend ammo has virtually NO info about their ammo online, no website, no ballistics, no primer style, they come in plastic bags with no info on the bags, toys is why I've never bought lehend ammo.

I have shot them and in 9mm they are boxer primed. But the ones I shot (9mm) were brass plated steel cases so not reloadable
