Anthony, the only way to know is to have Buds Customer Service check with their Inventory Department on date of manufacture of this batch at (A serial number would be needed to check with Colt) 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Colt wasn't sold to long ago so doubt cz started making them and selling them yet, so I'd imagine before cz bought them. Only definite way to tell would be threw the serial number.
