I carry a sig p365xl but I put Speer gold dot 124gr gdhp. Since you have a little shorter of a barrel I'd probably recommend Speer gold dot 124gr +p for a little extra velocity coming out of a short barrel. My second choice would be federal hst 147gr. Both are great rounds, have good penetration, great expansion, great weight retention and are both preferred by law enforcement. Hope this helps.
