  • Does anybody know what all I would have to do to my Glock 41 chambered in 45 ACP to shoot 45 Super ammo out of it or would I have to do anything at all

  • Shaun, the problem in the Glock 41 is barrel case support. I would recommend a higher lb recoil spring (22lb or 24lb) over the stock 17lb spring. Also an aftermarket barrel with better case support for the higher pressure 45 Super : rockyourglock.com/custom/KKM-G41D1.htm

  • I've heard of people being able to upgrade the recoil spring in a Glock 21 to shoot 45 super but this is a bad idea in the 41 because the slide and barrel are apparently thiner. Think they make conversion kits for the Glock 41 to do 460 Rowland and 10mm but haven't heard of any for 45 super. To be able to like James said I'd definitely recommend a heavier recoil spring and most likely a barrel. Hope this helps.
