Colorado law says a rifle magazine can hold no more than 10 rounds. I think I'm okay with a 10 + 1 rifle ( Hi Point 4095 Semi-Automatic 40 Smith & Wesson 10+1 Capacity), but I'm not sure if this rifle is legal here in CO. Does anyone know?

Your good to go with that rifle in Colorado, the magazine capacity restrictions in Colorado is actually 15, but even if it was ten the+1 doesn't count.
